The PDFGridder builds a grid system for you and exports it as PDF file, so you can print it or import in your favourite DTP application.

  • I find this tool handy because of 3 reasons:

    1. It is easier to create a grid "on the go" then in InDesign, because the settings are split up between different panels and some a burried in the preferences
    2. Printing grids from InDesign can be cumbersome
    3. Every designprocess should start on paper
